New England Cord Blood Bank (NECBB) Now Using AXP
We have officially started processing cord blood using the AutoXpress System (AXP). This state-of-the-art system maximizes the number of valuable stem cells extracted from the cord blood – the AXP can harvest greater than 97% of the mononuclear cell population, which is rich in stem cells, without the use of additives.
